Sonavera is not your primary identity provider, document-KYC service, or final authorization engine.
Choose the question before the ceremony
The flow determines which operation runs, which evidence profile applies, and which claims the result can support.
Capture face and voice impressions for the active enrollment reference used by later verification. The enrollment ceremony separately reports liveness, challenge, media-integrity, and continuity evidence.
Boundary: An enrollment is established only when the required deliverable is produced. Its availability follows the configured and disclosed retention boundary.

Evidence, not verdicts
A completed ceremony can still contain weak, partial, or absent measurements. The artifact preserves those facts instead of collapsing them into a person label.
Did the guided interaction complete or not complete?
Was enough critical data collected to produce the requested deliverable?
For enroll and verify, was the stateful operation performed? For liveness and uniqueness, does sensor-data sufficiency show whether the requested measurement result exists?
What support did the active flow profile measure across its fixed axes and checks?
Evidence Index
Each profile exposes its ID, version, digest, fixed axes, checks, measurement states, allocations, earned points, and bounded rationale. Missing scored measurements retain their allocation and earn zero; points are never silently reweighted.

Product questions
No. Sonavera does not perform government-document KYC. A verification ceremony compares fresh biometric observations with the active tenant-scoped enrollment associated with a customer-provided user reference. The customer remains responsible for how that enrollment was bound to its account or identity record.
No. Completion describes the ceremony lifecycle. The result may contain weak numeric measurements, partial measurements, absent measurements, or no requested deliverable. The customer evaluates those facts under its own policy.
It is a 0–100 measure of compensatory evidentiary support under one signed, versioned flow profile. It is not a probability, percentage, or Sonavera action recommendation. Fixed allocations remain in place when measurements are missing.
Verification requires an active tenant-scoped enrollment. Enrollment availability follows the artifact-retention boundary configured for the customer and disclosed through the governing consent and platform policy.
No. Uniqueness is limited to the requesting tenant, a first-class customer-defined scope, and eligible observations within that scope’s bounded search window.
