This website is operated by North Star Software Inc. under the Sonavera brand.
This policy explains information processing associated with visiting this marketing website or sending its contact form. It does not govern identity verification, biometric processing, platform retention, or other Sonavera platform activity.

Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. In doing so, Cloudflare receives network and request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.
Google Analytics
The production website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and page usage. Google Analytics may process page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers stored by the browser. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and Google's own controls may limit this measurement.
YouTube
The homepage embeds the Sonavera product demo with YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. When the player loads, YouTube may receive basic request, browser, and device information, such as IP address, timestamp, and the referring site, to render and protect the player. Playing the video sends additional playback and interaction data. Privacy-enhanced mode limits personalization; it does not prevent all data processing. Google's privacy controls and policies apply.
Sentry
The production website uses Sentry for error and reliability telemetry. Reports may include technical error details, page and browser context, timestamps, and related request information. The website configures Sentry not to send default personally identifiable information, but information entered into or present around an error may still appear in diagnostic context.
Information You Submit
If you use the contact form, the fields you choose to provide (such as your name, company, email address, protected workflow, and message) are sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms for delivery to Sonavera. Please do not submit sensitive identity, biometric, financial, or account-recovery information through this form.
Sonavera uses contact submissions to respond to the request and manage the resulting business conversation. Web3Forms processes the submission as the form-delivery provider.
Your Choices
You may use browser privacy settings, content blockers, or provider controls to limit analytics and browser storage. You can browse the website without using the contact form.
