When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic website and device information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. In production, we also send browser error and performance telemetry to Sentry to monitor site reliability. Our Sentry browser telemetry is configured not to include default personally identifiable information. You can limit Google Analytics through Google's privacy controls or your browser settings.

Information Collection

We collect contact information and verification-session data to operate the website and platform.

Contact Information

When you request a demo or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not share your contact information with third parties except when required by law. We retain contact information for up to 24 months.

Biometric And Session Data

When you use the Sonavera platform, we collect face and voice biometric data, liveness signals, transcripts, browser and network fingerprint telemetry, and session metadata as part of the verification flow. This data is used to perform the verification check requested by the integrating application.

Biometric data is processed in a tenant-scoped environment. We do not store raw face, voice, or other verification media. Derived biometric representations are retained for up to 365 days and then automatically cleared. Verification transcripts, browser and network fingerprint telemetry, and related session metadata are also retained for up to 365 days and then automatically cleared.
